I've been coming here since I was a child and the food has been fantastic each and every time! If you're looking for a table you better get there early, the restaurant fills up quickly and it's understandable! The burgers are the best on the island and best in the city!!! If you're looking for great local food at a great price this is definitely a must try!! Only drawback is the parking (understandable this is not the establishments fault) definitely A+ must try!!
This quaint local bar is cozy with an extension the back for more customers. The servers are always pleasing. If you want to try one of the best burgers in NYC you have to go to Duffy's.
I love Duffy's. Excellent burger and assorted other bar foods. Be mindful this is a neighborhood old timers bar. No fancy drinks or food. Just the basics. And it's perfect.

This was my 2nd time at Duffy's. I really enjoy the burgers and wings. The sangria was also really good. And the staff is really pleasant and welcoming.
Duffy's was one of our regular spots when we lived around the corner. We were on Staten Island this weekend and I had some free solo time and stopped in for lunch. My wife was at a baby shower, my son was hanging out with his friends. Duffy's is your typical neighborhood bar / tavern. It's been here forever. The beer is cold, the drinks strong and the food consistently good. They brag that they have the island's best burgers (debatable) but, they are really really good. I ordered off the Saturday special menu. A cup of New England Clam Chowder and the Cowboy Burger hit the spot on a rainy dreary day yesterday. The burger was delicious and cooked to order. The service was nice too. I washed it all down with a draft Miler High Life. Craft beer and fancy cocktails are not on the menu here.
After Staten Island half, we waited for dinner to celebrate my friend's accomplishment! I was excited because I've heard of Duffy a bunch but didn't have a chance to go (or really I forgot!). Ordered a speciality burger- blackened blue cheese burger with a side l their fries. Definitely like the crinkle cut- they're crunchy! Good to note: they don't have a surcharge fee for credit cards!
